About The Founder

Jacqueleen Crittle, MS, Founder and Chief Executive of Career Project USA, is a dynamic executive coach and leadership strategist with over 20 years of experience, having guided over 760 executives and 1,400 early career professionals globally. As a certified member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the prestigious Forbes Coaches Council—an invitation-only community for leading business and career coaches—Jacqueleen’s expertise spans industries such as major league sports, marketing, healthcare, legal, finance, broadcast media, HR, and IT. She has worked with many of the nation’s top Fortune 500 and nonprofit companies.

Leading a passionate team at her boutique coaching agency, Jacqueleen focuses on individual coaching, her landmark Intrinsic Value™ programming, and group coaching initiatives, transforming both businesses and careers.

Inspired by her commitment to creating lasting change, Jacqueleen established a nonprofit arm of her business to serve those with the greatest need: unemployed individuals, marginalized female leaders, early-career professionals, and corporations striving to do more with less. 

Through tax-deductible contributions, grants, and venture capital funding, the nonprofit expands access to innovative coaching technology and organizes annual career and empowerment summits in major cities. By aligning her passion for empowerment with social good, Jacqueleen aims to uplift underserved communities, enabling them to reach their full potential and drive lasting impact.
