Mission

Our mission as a 501(c)(3) is to ensure that everyone has access to the tools and opportunities they need to succeed.

By partnering with corporate entities, angel investors, and benefactors, we can create opportunities where they previously did not exist. Through these strategic collaborations, we aim to bridge gaps in education, training, and career development, empowering individuals to achieve their full potential and contribute meaningfully to their communities and industries.

Vision

We envision a world where individuals from all backgrounds are empowered to thrive—targeting 60% representation of minority early-career professionals ages 20–24, and 40% representation of females, as well as any individuals who are unemployed or underserved—in industries such as Sports, Tech, Healthcare, Media & Production, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), and Finance.

By providing career coaching, professional development training, and access to developmental resources, we strive to eliminate barriers, foster equity, and create pathways for lifelong success in the modern workforce.

With over a decade of impact, we are dedicated to empowering individuals by providing scholarships, subsidized services, and essential resources to support professional journeys. Originally established as Midwest College Project, where we proudly served 1,300 college students, we have since expanded our mission to extend that support to a broader audience of professionals. Reflecting this evolution, we proudly rebranded as Career Project USA, continuing our commitment to helping individuals achieve growth and success.
