Since 2010, The Career Project USA, a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization serving clients nationwide, has been committed to empowering C-suite executives, mid-level professionals, and early career professionals with the tools and resources they need to succeed in today’s dynamic and competitive career environment. Our motto, “Dream big, act bold, achieve greatness,” encourages individuals to reach for excellence while embracing the journey toward achieving their professional goals.

The Career Project USA supports three key groups in their pursuit of success:

Corporations

We partner with organizations seeking to empower their workforce, fostering environments where employees can thrive, innovate, and contribute meaningfully to the company’s mission.

Female Executives
We provide specialized programs and resources designed for female executives who are looking to elevate or pivot their careers or navigate the challenges of outplacement. Our support ensures they have the tools to succeed in their endeavors.
Early Career Professionals

Whether through corporate entities or our esteemed network of MCP alumni, we offer early career professionals the mentorship, guidance, and opportunities they need to launch and accelerate their careers.

We proudly collaborate with professional organizations, including certified members of the International Coaching Federation, Toastmasters International, governing bodies for behavioral assessments, and the Small Business Administration. These partnerships empower us to deliver best-in-class support and resources to our clients.

Our programming is further bolstered by tax-deductible services, which fund scholarships for individuals in need. These include unemployed individuals, marginalized women, and early-career professionals. To qualify for support, prospective clients must meet specific eligibility criteria determined during the registration process.
